Opening the Nat on my router

My router was recently compromised (which teaches me not to use WEP anymore!) So I had to factory default it and I put a WPA-2 protection on it but in doing so I erased all my old settings. I'm trying to figure out how to open my NAT again but I'm hitting a road block with the difference between Single Port Forwarding & Port Range Forwarding.

Anyone here familiar with Opening Ports? I'm trying to get my Apple TV and Xbox 360 back in working shape!

What router is it? you usually only have to turn on UPNP or NAT port mapping on the router and the xbox/apple tv will work it out for themselves.

Linksys WRT300N, I'm way overdue for an upgrade. I'll see if there is any kind setting that sounds similar to that.

You'll be using UPNP and it'll be in the config section in the browser interface.
