Im back up to 220 lbs and I've been getting insanely huge through my upper body and I can't fit in anything!! I need new shirts but I haven't been able to fit my shoulders into anything less than an XXL but the shirts are so huge around the middle that I look retarded. Anyone know where I can find clothes at?

You're gonna have to get that stuff altered by a tailor or seamstress.

Depending on how big you get. You might have to do big and tall and muscle shirts .....

I read an article years ago about Ronnie Coleman when he was a cop. Obviously the standard issue uniforms didn't fit him. So he had to get like 3 or 4 shirts, had them disassembled, and then the pieces were used as material to stitch together a shirt that fit him. That's definitely a lot of money and effort.
