Running Log - 7-7-11

    I ran just 3 miles. It was late and I needed to get some mileage in. My calves tightened up a bit at the end so I need to figure out how to stop that from happening in the future.

    Zox, check to see what you are running on because the ground can hurt your feet as well..Usually run on the street or grass here to keep in shape for racing. Good luck to you getting back in shape there and hope you get to where yuo want to be. 3 miles is good to start with to get in shape again. have a good one.

    Yeah, have been doing both. Giving my calves a good massage with a roller as well.
