Ok, I don't know how many 48 yr old men have this complaint, but I've been working out for about a year, pretty seriously, 4 times a week in the gym with a couple of cardio workouts thrown in.

I lost 5 inches around my waist and about 25 lbs of fat and for the first time in my life I have some definition, but what I'd like is to get ripped and pack on a good 20lbs of muscle.

I'm 6'4 (ok 6'3 and a half) and my weight is about 184.5lbs.

I try really hard not to eat crap but sometimes I think that means I don't eat enough.

    Any advice?

    Hi there,canadaguy,
Well done losing the fat!You probably do need to just eat more calories per day, considering your height/weight,and your workouts.Aim for unrefined carbohydrate/low fat snacks,or bigger portions. To build the muscle you need to eat 1.5g of protein/kg.body weight(good quality, low fat),and specifically train those areas you want to develop.
How much cardio do you do?You may have to cut that back a bit to help pack on the muscle.
All the best with your training!
