Do you ever observe crowds at clubs and notice so many hot dudes and wonder why the hell none of women are going for them?

It's sometimes easier to get laid in a straight bar than a gay bar.

    Just sayin...

At clubs, I see more hot girls than I see hot guys and generally they are hit on by the guys. I think women are in general more passive when it comes to making the first move.

Yer true that i guess but sometimes you just get the dudes that dance with you, and wonder are they so drunk don't realize what they're doing among others in vicinity or is the 'modern man' just essentially becoming more sexually fucked up?

I don't know about that, I haven't experienced male strangers come dance with me. But my straight friends do dance with me, but it's not in a sexual way, more a fun kind of way.

Again i know what you mean my male friends do the same but we keep the distance in a way, but i mean Ive noticed more and more yer strangers just join you and seem more interested in you then women, which is why you come to a straight club, or maybe more people are becoming familiar with there sexuality and there just isn't enough gay/lesbian bars to cater for everyone.

Haha no i don't mean to tease....never...its just something that I have observed latley......this matter is similar to a recent post on here where there was a youtube video of a show from the UK showing a young rugby team and how their "bonding" was bordering more on homosexual then heterosexual.

Not being a bi guy by any means; 110% homosexual. But this does not exclude one from going to straight clubs; after all I do live out in the real world and not some gay ghetto.

But sex has been for a very long time now easier to get for us gay guys, than straight ones. But then gay guys may well also be more sexual predators than women; albeit the female race is not without it's Black Widows.

I definitely have made more connections with guys in a straight setting (straight bar, sports, biz conference) than I have in a gay bar.

This. Way back in the early Pleistocene Era, I ran with a clutch of high school friends (all straight, married, and most with kids now) and we'd all dance suggestively amongst each other to entertain/titillate the females in the club. icon_razz.gif

Wow... did you get an upgrade from previously being 100% gold-card homosexual?

Is that now a platinum card? icon_biggrin.gif

Usually the hot men, may turn out as creeps. Plus women have trained themselves to have keen observation skills so they might just pick up on something that would seem a no go for them.

Since I mostly dance with friends, any male to male dancing is done out of fun rather than any sexual implications.

I've experienced a few times in straight clubs, random guys making contact. either ending up dancing next to you or buying you drinks or just striking up conversation.

it confuses me a bit LOL, and when I tried to find out if they were interested, they were like "no I'm not gay" (but seemed to be flattered) lol icon_question.gif

Ok thanks everyone on your inputs, all very interesting, how about now bar tenders in straight clubs flirting on you? anyone else? Last night i ordered a drink for a lady friend and the tender just looked at me while i shuffled the coins and said "on the house"? left me like the guys reaction at 0:15 sec in this classic aussie ad icon_eek.gif

Cute straight bartender giving you extra gin in your juice, or a freebie?

It's totally about getting more downstream sales (and of course, tips) out of you. icon_razz.gif

What I do like is that I once got a drink (intended for a friend) that apparently was double its normally issued size for half its normal cost.

    Not a bad deal.

Same story, I've been findin it more interesting and less one night standish to make my connections at straight venues... The guys are either borderline and want to get to know you, or just not into the typical course of events from gay bars... so often im intrigued and my attention is kept as the relationship builds in a direction where I don't always know what's next.

...down side sometimes the "straight guy will walk way from buyin you drinks and giving you intimate brushes during conversation and its like ...hey WTF just happened???icon_evil.gif
