I love motivational videos, pictures and songs.
They make me work hard, dig deeper in my reserves to finish something, strive longer to reach for a goal.

One of my favorite is "How Winners are Made" by Gary Raser.
I think he is selling something called LIMU, not sure what it is, but I love the video.

Anybody else a sucker for motivational stuff?
    Whats your favorite?

Fuck motivational shits, demotivational posters are where it's at. I'm going to start a whole thread about it, assuming no one beats me to it before I get home. icon_razz.gif

    Yep, figured as much.
It's easier to be cynical and mock something than it is to actually strive and work for something.

While motivational stuff works for some, I have to say that I've had too much of it. Every four years, all the motivational people would descend on the Olympic teams I worked with. Yes, a bit of what they said was good, but in my experience anyone who was approaching excellence already was motivated, and those who didn't have what it took, weren't going to get there no matter how many motivational magnets they had on the fridge.

Like many things, the motivational people do have things to offer, some techniques and ways of approaching things, and certain songs, pictures, etc., do help - so please excuse my seeming pessimism! I've just seen too many people who made me think that those who can, do - and those who can't, become motivational speakers.

    Best wishes,

    Nat
