I have been using creatine for the past month along with protein powder and vitamins.
I don't know why but I didn't take the creatine after my work out on Saturday and just took the protein powder. I am sore. I don't know if it was missing the supplements from the Creatine or my bed topper needs to be changed. Mostly upper back, shoulders and neck.
Advice, experiences with this. I will not do that again and I hope that when i do work out again Tuesday and take my supplements correctly it will ease some of this.

i've found that regularly changing up my supps seems to yield more intense workouts - or at least the feeling that they were more intense during the recovery cycle (i.e., soreness) I generally use as a pre-workout sup NoXplode, Jacked 3D, and Redline - I workout 3-5 times a week, depending on my work schedule, and use a different sup of the 3 listed above each subsequent day, and the results are really good. I was "hooked" on NoXplode for about 6 months, and its effectiveness really diminished over time. Now that i'm using it only on occasion, it seems to deliver better pumps.

Post workout, I'm currently off Creatine, and my skin looks much better for it, and my overall bodyweight is down (due to less fluid retention, most likely) I'll be back on it this fall (when swimsuit season is over...heheh ;)

in my experience it is the branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) that eliminate soreness, not the creatine. that is, unless the creatine you are taking is part of a post-workout formula that may have trace amounts of BCAAs in the mixture.
