Damn straight. That bitch is a fucking nut job. Anyone sane, gay person would be afraid of a woman who would rather have them locked away in a concentration camp rather than being free American citizens.

FYI - I posted about Bachmann taking the lead in Iowa in order to express my PURE GLEE at the prospect of Bachmann becoming the Repub nominee.
She would be as easy to beat as Palin or Trump.

Now the prospect of actually having Bachmann in the White House - that IS scary!
    But, THAT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN.

You had "PURE GLEE" about a person who was ahead in the polls in the state in which she was born? Let's see how your "PURE GLEE" is if she takes the lead anywhere else other than MN and that alone will be a stretch--- More LULZ from the rickmesiter--- You are the best!

You and your perceived importance of polls never ceases to amaze me. Michelle Bachman leading in a poll means only one thing --- that she is leading in A poll. Read into that more if you like. You can bet that the Republicans will put someone formidable up as the nominee, and who ever that is Obama should be afraid -- VERY afraid. His re-election is not likely going to be the cakewalk that his election was.

Democrats across the country are hoping and praying for a Bachmann ticket. It would make Goldwater's trouncing look competitive.

Can you imagine her in a debate with Obama? He cites historical facts and legal precedent and she responds by saying "God spoke to me."

Even as a VP she'd sink the ticket.

And Romney, while more competitive in the General, will not excite the base and that will screw the Republicans also.

Actually, the poll tell us that Republicans in Iowa are going to shit the bed and pick someone unelectable in the General.

The only hope the Republicans have is to run a candidate that no one has thought of yet and who doesn't have the baggage of Romney or the batshit of Bachmann.

Romney is going to be far more formidable than you give him credit for, Christian. This is a man who has one of the squeakiest clean images there is in politics. No one really knows how this election will go, and it truly could go either way. I suspect some surprises are ahead that will change everything,

I agree, Romney is still in my mind the strongest overall candidate the GOP has, and could appeal to independent voters who may be leery of Ms. Bachmann's firebrand social conservatism. Would not be surprised to see Romney as the Presidential nominee and a social conservative as the VP candidate.

Romney has his weaknesses that can be attacked, but Obama will be very vulnerable if the economy continues to flounder.

Do you know how Romney made his fortune? Well the part he didn't inherit?

He made it by downsizing companies and outsourcing those jobs to other countries. Basically, he made his money by helping companies fire American workers and replace them with cheap labor.

Americans, feeling screwed by Big Business, are not going to embrace a wealthy fat cat who, rather than create jobs (Mass. was 47th in job creation when he was governor), made a killing screwing over the middle class.

I'm sure the Obama team has the ads outlined and ready to go. icon_lol.gif

I don't know enough about it to really have an opinion, but I have heard arguments for and against Romney care. Regardless, while it may not be perfect, I do give Romney credit for passing something that was intended to help the people of Massachusetts and give every resident of the state health care. I give Obama the same credit. If Romney care is worst of Romney the Democrats hope to hang him with, I suspect it may come back to bite them in the ass.

Oh no, I like Romneycare very much—it's virtually identical to Obamacare—it's just that your fellow Republicans seem not to!

Must Libs go nuts when attractive, Christian, conservative women like Palin, O'Donnell, Angle or Bachmann run for office? They just don't fit the demonic Lib template, do they? So Libs, and the party that claims to best represent women, trash them.

The Fraud in the White House is a disaster. His failed Statist policies make any Republican alternative, including Michele Bachmann, look better every day.

Dumbass. I'm a lifelong Catholic, former board member of Dignity New York, and served as a layer preacher during services.

Lots of Democrats and Leftists are religious or spiritual. They just go under the radar because they're not trying to impose "statist" solutions to moral issues. You don't hear about us because we're not trying to make gay marriage illegal or police women's uteri. Nor do you hear us using Jesus (who, by the way, would be seen as a total leftwing socialist if he lived today), to attack those we disagree with.

In spite of whatever sexual fetish you have for Republican MILFs, no one on the left "goes nuts" because their attractive, Christian or conservative. Rather, it's their outrageous statements and utter lack of intellectual heft that makes them objects of scorn. And if you want to vote for someone who believes your being gay is a "sin", would deny you your civil rights (including marriage), and have her self-hating gay husband try to "cure" you through Jesus, than you should contact a therapist immediately to work on your personal self-hatred.

    Christian73: Dumbass. I'm a lifelong Catholic...

jockfever: your language, serenity, and kindness are dead giveaways. Let's sing a chorus of… And they'll know we are Christians by our love, by our love. They will know we are Christians by our love.

Christian73: …served as a layer preacher during services.
jockfever: SB, please report to this post; there's a hen joke in here somewhere.

Christian73: ...not trying to impose "statist" solutions to moral issues. You don't hear about us because we're not trying to make gay marriage illegal or police women's uteri.

jockfever: A bunch of unelected Statists in black robes, too dumb to know when human life begins but so smart they found a right to kill the unborn, hidden in the Constitution for about 200 years, hatched one of the worst Supreme Court decisions ever. They struck down the laws, established through the process of self-government, of at least 30 states and started an American holocaust -- tens of millions of unborn humans slaughtered to the Lib god of unprotected sex, much to the delight of Libs everywhere, including some who even call themselves "Christian."

Christian73: Nor do you hear us using Jesus (who, by the way, would be seen as a total leftwing socialist if he lived today)…

jockfever: There is no biblical basis for the attempt to use Christ's life and teachings to advance Statism. The government can "give" only what it has stolen from someone else. Charity is voluntary. The State uses coercion and compulsion to take from others, so there is nothing charitable or Christian about Statism.

The idea that Christians are obligated to victimize others by imposing failed Statist policy on them is the kind of crap only Libs would believe.

The message of America's Christian Founding Fathers, which was to minimize government, is the very opposite of Statism. Let's see, who should we believe…the authors of the Constitution, one of the greatest documents produced by man, or Statists and their failed ideas?

Christian73: ...no one on the left "goes nuts" because their(sic) attractive, Christian or conservative. Rather, it's their outrageous statements and utter lack of intellectual heft that makes them objects of scorn.

jockfever: A Lib (last name McKinnon as I recall) conceded the truth: "Conservative women in politics run a punishing gauntlet. They endure psychological evaluations and near-gynecological exams their male and liberal counterparts do not. The public is force-fed only their gaffes in 10-second fixes, while similar misstatements by the current president are forgiven as momentary lapses."

As soon as a woman running for public office announces that she's conservative and pro-life, Libs dive into dumpsters to find something to embarrass, smear, and incriminate her. They ignored their important duty to investigate an ineligible, abortion-loving Fraud running for President.

Christian73: ...and have her self-hating gay husband

jockfever: Which part of your Catholic catechism encourages you to speculate about a person's sexual orientation? Where's the evidence for the smear? The man has raised a family including (I think) 5 children and 23 foster children. He's a credentialed, successful Christian counselor. Libs demonize anyone who opposes their Statist agenda. Facts and evidence are secondary.

Christian73: "…would deny you your civil rights (including marriage)"

jockfever: Where in the Bible do you get the right to redefine a 3000-year-old institution to suit your sexual orientation? There is no right to serve in the military. Except for threats from Obama and his accomplices, my Constitutional rights seem intact, thank you.

It's Statists who destroy freedom and prosperity. Statists turn 401K's into 201K's. The Statist bubble and subprime mortgage program trashed the value of everyone's house. Statists turn dollars into toilet paper, debasing our savings. Statists turn taxpayers into indentured servants through crushing government debt. Statists make us to pay for expensive services given to illegal immigrants. Statists turn countries into banana republics. Statists tell us what light bulb we can use. Statists tell us what toilets we can use -- the kind that need to be flushed twice. Statists drive up the price of energy by restricting domestic supply. Statists try to destroy the private sector. Statists dumb down kids in the government screwal system. Statists plunder taxpayer incomes to provide cushy benefits to hordes of government drones. Statists swoon over the American holocaust -- tens of millions of innocent human lives snuffed out by abortion. Statists shrink the economic pie and destroy the American dream, led by the human wrecking ball in the White House.

    Battered%2BCitizen%2BSyndrome.jpg
A "Catholic" who supports statolatry, abortion, gay marriage? Doesn't sound Catholic to me. Doesn't even sound Christian. Your Realjock name is offensive considering your endless Statist, Christian-bashing posts.
