My family holds a BBQ cookoff contest every year. I want to find a killer BBQ sauce for some baby back ribs so I can kick some ass at the cookoff. What recipes do u guys use and enjoy?

Memphis style dry rub. (ala Charlie Vergo's Rendezvous).

I'm not a bbq rib lover so I can't really comment other than I recollect watching one of those food network shows where they visited a few downhome famous rib joints etc and iirc most of them said that you do not actually bbq the ribs with the sauce already on them.. you cook them, then bbq them and then when they're done bbq'ing you dunk them in the sauce and serve. Seems most people I've seen doing ribs pour the sauce all over them and throw them on the grill..
What is your take on that?

If you dont have time to make it or dont know how, this is the most delicious bottled BBQ sauce ever!

I'd rather put a good dry rub on the meat and use a salsa (pico de gallo) to add some flavor after it's cooked.

I concur. I recommend the Hickory and Brown sugar flavor.
