I never thought hooking up with a straight guy would make me feel like garbage

I guess I will start with what happened. On Saturday night, me and my friends went out and a few straight guys that my other friends know met us out at the bar. Well the night gets a bit fuzzy, but I know that me and this straight boy made out on the way back to my friend's place (in front of his straight buddy actually) then made out more in the foyer of the building and on the rooftop deck and we ended up in bed. We didn't do much and not for long, but yeah.

So I thought I would be like "cool go me!" but its actually the opposite. This guy is basically having a mid-life crisis because of it. He just sent me an email where he said a few things like "I don't like that I did what I did, whatever it was, and I don't want to do it again" and "I dont want to give you the wrong impression". The weird thing is, we all went to lunch the next day and he was really cool and was just laughing about it and we were still friends then.

I just feel like crap about it. He is a cool guy and I just want to remain friends, but I think it might be too late for that because he blocked me on facebook. I guess I fear most that I turned this guy into a homophobe. Should I have stopped it from happening or is this guy just being dramatic?

    Maybe I just have a chick's emotions...

He's just scared shit-less about how much he liked it, and is now freaking out.

This guy is trying to come to terms with what he did. You shouldn't feel like crap. You didn't take advantage of him, and he knew what he was doing. He had hidden desires, and chose to act on them.

I would just move on. If he wants a friendship and can be mature about what happened, then cool. If not, then just be civil when you see him since you have mixed friends.

Sounds like he is blowing everything out of proportion , takes 2 to tango, you shouldn't feel bad in what you did. Sounds like he used you but that's MeV

Dude, you did absolutely nothing wrong, so don't feel bad about anything. Clearly this guy is just starting to figure out that he is into guys. The way he is acting is a little dramatic. He's scared. He's going through what all of us went through and he is having a hard time coming to terms with it. By no means did you turn him into a homophobe. Just give him space. If he doesn't want to be friends with you, then that is his problem. It will make things a lot easier for you in the end.

They always ask again, trust me. I had it happen twice and they got weird so I stopped talking to them.

6 months later I get the text "Hey what's new with you" "We should get a drink sometime" or "Want to hang out"

    Never fails don't worry icon_smile.gif
