I've been doing it for about two years now and love it. I'm faster, stronger and leaner. That's all great but the best part has been the community. I've met tons of really great people.

Today is probably the hardest workout I've ever done!

    Two rounds for time:

    50 double unders
    50 over-head squats (135 lbs)
    50 pullups
    1 mile run

    So much fun!

More than a year! Loving every moment of it.

Today's wod is highly technical.... not fun but challenging

    5 rounds for time

    1 L rope climb 15' ascent
    5 parallettes handstand pushups
    10 45# bar pistols

Yep ... had to scale this one!

Also did my early morning olympic power lifting ....heavy deadlifts(work up to heaviest one set of 5 --150kg) and shoulder press (5-5-5).

A productive day. Shoulder is GONE!

I def had to scale today's WOD...It takes a beast to do 50 reps of 135 lb overhead squats!

Been doing it a year now. I've seen the best results on myself with Crossfit. It's very tough for me though but I'm trying. ;)

My workout buddy has kicked my butt at everything except crossfit. I am on a budget so I set up a routine at my gym. Unfortunately I have to skip the ring and rope exercises. icon_sad.gif

Rings and rope skills suits me well. I get very excited to do them icon_smile.gif Yes, it's expensive but the results are worth it.

    cheers!

Looks great but the classes are too damn expensive in London. I'd rather just copy the basic elements and do it for free.

True. There are so many online vids on proper skill set form/techniques. You don't really need a fully equipped gym to do crossfit.
