How do i make the most of a workout when there ıs lımıted eqipment..

    Im living in a foreign country (turkey) where the gym is a dark room with limited eqıpment.. ie a bıke and lat pull down machıne.. free weıghts and a bench press.. any ideas for a program for this type of set up?

    Is there an inclined bench? Situps bench?

    A lot of the Real Jock workouts (or exercises in them) use just body weight. Check them out.

    Also, check out the www.bodybuilding.com articles. You can search for exercises at home, or basics.
