    Do "core" work.
    Cable work does wonders.
I actually avoid situps and crunches. For me (a hard gainer), big abs would make me look fat. I like for my pecs to stand out farther than my abs.

eat more. At the risk of sounding like Chuckles, you are too thin and your body is doing its best to hold onto what it can.

You are unlikely to see abs without being skeletal unless you get more muscle.

Dont listen to Lostboy, he is trying to mislead you!

Stop eating, only eat once a day! Thats how I got my abs.

Ignore CHainers. I´m actually giving you good advice. He´s being a twat.

You need more muscle before you will look better. Sorry.

I think you've lost enough body fat. I think doing ab exercises to build up your ab muscles will benefit you more than trying to lose fat.

    all joking/teasing aside.........

i don't see more than half a percent of bodyfat to loose in these pics.

i Strongly Suggest you lift weights as heavy as you can, eat all the protein you can injest and build some Muscle Mass.

muscles weigh more than fat....with More Muscle Mass your waist will look even smaller and trimmer than it is now.

From what I can tell from my experience the past year, Lostboy may be right: eat more and work out to get muscles if you want abs. My abs didn't start to emerge until I started doing heavy lower body work regularly and eating. Core work helped too. Planks, crunches and stuff.

As much as I hate to say it, you are absolutely correct.

In this latest article I discuss my own experience in losing up tp 70lbs in two years.
It does not come overnight, but takes patience and endurance.
    Contains "Before and After" pics.
