Do you work out in your workout clothes before you wash them?
I will go two times in my shirts sometimes more with my shorts. I wear underwear and don't seem to sweat much down there.

My shorts I will tend to wear for several workouts, they don't seem to get much sweat on them and as long as they aren't damp and don't smell then there's no problem.

Vests I tend to have a fresh one each workout since I sweat like a dirty hog and they get really damp. It's a bit nasty then unless I have aired/dried it straight away which doesn't usually happen.

Towel I tend to change every 2-3 workouts.

    Swimming trunks, probably the same.

I always hang my shirt up to dry when I get home.

Thing is, I swim after working out, so my vest is in my locker, damp and stinking, then I chuck it in my kit bag and head for home, if I remember to take it out and hang it up as soon as I get in then it might be good for another wear, otherwise it's in the laundry basket.

I'd rather wear fresh anyway, for something like that. I don't wanna be the stinky guy at the gym (there's always at least one).

i use my shorts about three times but always have a new shirt at hand as i sweat a bit too much to use again, although its a good thing when your wrestling or sparring and the guy cant get hold of ya cause your sweating and slippery

The only thing I will do that with is a swimming suit. Everything has to go in the wash after I'm done working out.... my days of re-wearing the least stinky thing ended in college.

Shorts twice. Shirts just once. I dont do cardio and I dont sweat but I have enough that I can rotate a new one every day.

Yeah I can't rewear my work out vests, always sweaty.

Tho shorts are good for 2-3 weights work outs. Tho after cardio, they need a wash.

Depends. Usually after the second time (shorts) and I don't rewear the shirt because I workout hard and it gets all sweaty.

I don't sweat, so I wear mine multiple workouts. Climbing stairs while carrying a 45 pound weight is about the only thing that will make me sweat, and even then it's minimal. I hang my clothes in the sauna while I'm in the steam room which bakes the hell out of them. The minute something starts to move on it's own I take it home and wash it icon_wink.gif

I change them every workout. Didn't in the past, and got a case of jock itch...enough to make me change daily...would you wear underwear more than once?

Shorts - usually twice, 3X max. (will spray with fabric freshener & zapped in the dryer for a few minutes before using to freshen it up)
    Shirts - only once.

Y'all need to do a real work out then. You can literally wring my clothes out after I work out for the amount that I sweat. Kickboxing is the worst. Im pretty sure I lose 5 pounds every class.

not to nitpick, but the amount you sweat doesnt correlate to the amount of exertion in your workout. rather, i believe, it relates to the amount of body heat and it's attempt to cool you down. maybe turn up the a/c or replenish your fluid intake while you workout if you are sweating so much???

Shorts I'll wear through most of the week since I'm usually just lifting and they don't get that dirty. If I'm running or doing something more cardio intensive that gets them sweaty, I'll change them out. Shirts I change every day.

Fresh shorts/top/towel each time. I sweat so much during cardio it looks like someone's poured a bucket of water over me. Oddly, the socks stay dry.
