I was watching The Doctors, and they were talking about an Orgasm Smoothie:

    1 banana
    1 cup blueberries
1 cup rice, almond or non-fatmilk (substitute with juice of your choice if you don't want to use milk)
    1 cup ice chips
    ½ cup peaches
    1 tablespoon flaxseed
    Dollop of honey
Sprinkle of ginger root (season to taste)
Sprinkle of nutmeg (season to taste)

    Blend and enjoy!

Bananas: Contain potassium and B vitamins that convert carbohydrates into energy, boosting endurance and testosterone.

Blueberries: High in soluble fiber, which keeps arteries clear of cholesterol. Improved blood flow and relaxed blood vessels improve a man's erections, especially in older men.

Peaches: High in vitamin C. Men should consume at least 200 milligrams of vitamin C per day to increase the quality and quantity of their sperm.

Flaxseed: Increases testosterone levels and is packed with essential fatty acids, such as Omega-3 and Omega-6, which keeps hormones at optimal levels and sex drive revved.

Ginger root: Stimulates the circulatory system, increasing blood flow to the genitals.

Nutmeg: Stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps you relax.

Honey: Honey is rich in vitamin B, which is needed for testosterone production. The gooey nectar also contains boron, which may increase estrogen levels in women.

As a man who enjoys a good orgasm, I was wondering if anyone has tried this or anything like this, and have they seen results?

I don't like peach in my smoothies, it ruins the smoothness of the smoothy.

    I love peaches though!

No never really tried orgasm enhancing foods.

There's nothing special in that smoothie, it's just eating healthy and giving the fuel your body needs to function and thrive.

If I want an orgasm in my mouth I won't be putting just a banana in it. icon_wink.gif

Exactly. It amazes how many people just eat like that. WTF?

REGARDLESS: There is no warning stating that ginger and nutmeg have not been evaluated and approved by the FDA.

-It's interesting how many people believe in potions and nuts and berries just because someone told them to do it but no supporting evidence. It's kinda like that book of fairytales, THE BIBLE.

That show is running low on ideas that make it worth watching. It's kind of like the MSN news articles when you sign out of Hotmail. Just a bunch of non-news.

Every time you've had a smoothie that is already half or more of the ingredients on the list, nothing amazing happened. The only difference you will notice is from a placebo effect.

No need to be so condescending, I am sure most of the things you do in life are not backed by scientific evidence.
