Real Jocks Strong and Lean Exercise Program

    I'd like to hear feeback from beginners who've used the Strong and Lean Excersie Program found on the RJ website. I am wondering if results were produced and please comment on your diet. Did you follow one of the diet plans found on RJ too? If not, what diet plan, if any, did you follow?
    I'd appreciate knowing how much weight you wanted to loose when you began and what your goal was. Mine is to loose about 15 lbs in the abs area and to become toned. I am wondering if this diet and exercise plan, if followed correctly, will lead to this result. Thanks

    I did the Strong and Lean program for a week, but I change routines every week.
    For diet, I chose the modified Paleo diet (modified, as in, I follow it loosely).

    Oh and I lost over 60 lbs and put on enough muscle to have the definition/tone that I've always wanted, although it took over a year.
