Sometimes after I workout and after I have my breakfast/ Post protein shake.I get the urge to take a nap. I be feeling a little fatigued. it does not happen often but when it does the nap is awesome. I workout by utilizing a MMA program and cardio. I do the program every other day. The cardio everyday for about 30 minutes on a treadmill.
