So it's like almost 2:30 AM here and I just got home. My first thought was "MUST CONSUME FOODSSSS YUM YUM NOM NOM" so now I'm making a ridiculously large chicken/broccoli/onion omelet.

Anyone have any favorite late night meals? Normally for me it's some pasta, mayo (or that new Philadelphia cream cheese cooking cream stuff), some tuna, and a lot of peas...my friends tell me I cook like a stoner.

I'm a late night snacker too, I eat any and everything. It really just depends on what I feel like paying attention to in order to make. Mostly I'll microwave stuff since i can walk away and go do something else. I love eating cake, pie, cookies, ice cream, or fruit if theres any.

Fat free cottage cheese is the best before-bed snack. It is filling and the protein is all casein, which is slow digesting to sustain muscles overnight!
