So, I was at the gym this morning and worked on chest and trys. I went to the gym at about 0630 by noon i was starting to have a pretty bad neck pain. now at 1900 it has moved to also involve my shoulders. The pain is so bad that i cant turn my head to the side. I guess I have two questions, can working on chest and trys hurt those areas? And whats the best way to deal with it?

Any help would be great, I drive for a living so not being able to turn my head is a bad thing.

P.S I did bench press (all three), skull crushers, dum bell press, and dips.

try a chiropractor it might help put things back into place

everything in the shoulder neck area is interconnected and radiates to the head so you might get some pain there as well. Probably a pinched nerve in the shoulder neck area as you might have tweeked that area will doing a pressing movement for chest
