    Hey guys,

I was hoping that you might all be able to give me (and probably other people that might read this) some pointers and advice.

I'm pretty convinced that I'm doing all the right things at the gym to be gaining muscle. Following all the rules of lifting with good technique.

Currently I'm only taking protein powder (ON Gold Standard).

The supplement market is full of products claiming that they will all make you huge. I read and see lots of things about taking "stacks" of supplements, but I find it all confusing.

Avoiding naming brands, could you guys tell what things I need to be taking to help me increase muscle size.

Any help is always appreciated icon_smile.gif

A 'stack' just means you are taking a number of supplements together, and the idea is that they are meant to work together and complement each other.

Through trial and error I think the only supplements that are really worthwhile are protein shakes, creatine, BCAA's, glutamine and to some extent tribulus terrestris and ZMA. Anything else is a waste of money IMO.

My facebook page is bombarded with ads for body building products, the latest being Something called Norateen, making some hefty claims to add kgs of muscle in a short time. It cant be true can it? And if not, how come they sell in such vast quantities? I want to buy, but my common sense tells me its too good to be true. Anyone with experiences here?
