    I was watching this video on youtube and the man suggested three things which do wonders
    1. cinnamon, it keeps your insulin level in check, so that your body breaks down ft when it needs energy not carbs.
    2. omega 3 cod liver oil capsules, they are amazing to keep a good balance between omega three's and omega six's.
    3. flax seeds, amazing for digestive system and have tons of other advantages.

    I am allergic to cinnamon (hate its smell) but the other 2 things are amazing once you include them as essential part of your diet

    Chili peppers, or relatively any hot peppers, are supposed to be really good for your stomach in regulating it's digestion and preventing a lot of issues related to your stomach.
