Supplement suggestions

    Hey guys

    I'm scratching the collective head with regards to supplementation for sports and making rapid gains in muscle mass.

    Due to a spell of ill health I have lost a lot of lean muscle mass and I now I have a months clear health under my belt and cranking up the weight and CV training gently I think I can now take it up another level.

    So, any advice on what to/not to take to get back to where I was before? Other than a lot or hard work!

    A colleague who coaches Football suggests Test Stack and a product called Creatamax Xtreme or at least an anabollic supplement. Mind you being in the UK Im not entirely sure what is legal these days!!

    I started noticing significant gains after using Amino Fuel. It's a protein supplement...seemed to work for me.
