    Here's my current workout regimene:

    Monday - Back/Chest
    Tuesday - Legs
    Wednesday - Bi/Trice
    Thursday - Shoulders/Abs
Friday - light all body workout

Each workout is started with 15 min of cardio to start sweating then at end of each weight session i also do 45 min - 1hr of pure cardio....either running or treadmill or biking

Thanks ahead for any tips icon_biggrin.gif

I swear by the Paleo diet. It's brought me further along than I ever thought genetically possible.
If you're working all the major muscle groups properly, then you've already got that part under control.

There is a lot of great advice to be found by searching through past forum posts. I can't thank everyone enough for helping me to get defined abs!

Based on my experience I would say you are on the right track and now you just need to stick with it. The results will come. Most of the advice I received was to swap out cardio time for muscle development time. That really did help a lot. Be sure to do some sort of ab workout everyday. My favorite favorite is criss cross crunches (touch elbow to opposite knee).

I'm also a lazy eater who could never follow a strict diet. Just do your best to make healthy choices. Start with small changes and slowly increase your healthy eating habits.

Anything works until the body adapts. The best you can do is to educate yourself.

    I do about 80% Paleo-friendly stuff, give or take a few %.
It's still very effective, and the 20% leeway gives room for seasonings, the occasional dining out, and a few marginally-healthy items here and there...like...BACON! icon_biggrin.gif

it is, though there are several paleo diets and some of them are kinda over zealous.

God I hate paleo (he says, eating paleo breakfast)
