I would like to know why you going to the gym/fitness clubs. What are the main reasons? Keeping your body fit? Or maybe there are some other reasons? icon_smile.gifwhat kind of activities you chosing? And why?

Can you see any constraints in going to the gym/fitness club?

I'm doing some research about gym/fitness activities and gender.

If someone is interested about any informations I've found I can provide them if you want to icon_smile.gif

1- you get to know lots of new people and hot guys

2- you get a sexier smokin body

3- you become healthier and more energetic

4- exercise trigger the release of endorphin which's the "feel good" hormone

i think the question is why do fat lard ass people not work out? given all these benefits.

i'm addicted to wroking out, i go to the gym twice aday, cardio/abs in the morning and weight lifting at night
if i could go to the gym daily i so would.

It keeps me of the rock. Grrrr.

Nah, I kid, but fitness does give you another goal. When I have to work so hard for career'n academic goals, which make me feel like a human bean-bag chair after a while, the gym let's me stretch in a different direction, and one that's productive. It's one of those hobbies with a real strong halo effect- everything else you do will be better.

And, yeah, eye candy. Definitely. Man, oh, man...

When you have been close to death and returned, you begin to realize what a marvelous machine your body is.

I go to the gym to watch my machine run, to push it to and beyond the red line. I love to watch my muscles flex and relax. I love to feel the heat a workout generates. I even love the pain.

It proves, if only to myself, that I am still alive.

And watching other hot bodies is an additional bonus.icon_lol.gif

It keeps me healthy (physically and mentally). A "fit" body is just a nice side effect.

I do weight and resistance training, because it's what I like to do best.

I don't really see any constraints about going to the gym...maybe I'm missing the question.
