I am 56 yrs old, 5'7" and weigh 138 pds. I want to increase my muscle size. Work out 4 times a week ,and have a very physical job.Everytime I gain a little weight, it always ends up in my love handles and gut, not in my arms or legs. I eat pretty good, with lots of protein. Is it my old age that is doing me in. Physically I feel like I am in my 20's still. Any advice?
