Running Log: 07/25/2011

    10.17 miles at 7:57 per mile. Felt great, primarily because there's been a break in the heat here. Best to hydrate well before a run—it takes 45 minutes for fluids to be shunted from the stomach to the muscles, so drinking en route is only good if I'm out there longer than 45 minutes.

    Almost forgot to remove the band-aids from my nipples when I took my shirt off halfway through! It's happened before (much to the delight of passersby) and it's pretty embarrassing. icon_redface.gificon_lol.gif

    Ran 6 miles. I was nice to be back under 7:30 per mile pace. It didn't even feel like I was struggling to get under 8. I did stop for water a few times though.
