Shoulder Problems

    I am trying to do more shoulder exercises and lately I have noticed a problem.

    At first my right shoulder would "pop" a little when I would do shoulder exercises and lately it has got worse and it kinda "snaps" when I lift. Now I can't do it. Is there any way I can help this or do I need to see the doctor?

    I never played sports before so this is the first time my body is going through this and don't know what to do.

    Hire a trainer! If you're inexperienced, it is probably a form or muscle imbalance issue.

    You could cause serious injury if you continue stressing the joint improperly.

    two things:

    1. google "shoulder savers by eric cressey" and start reading up

    2. you might find the diesel crew shoulder rehab video helpful too.
