Your gym schedule.

So, just curious.. Do you go to the gym at the same time every day? Or do you go at the same time each certain day e.g. 1 on Mondays, 3 on Tuesdays, and so on?

I have kind of a crazy work schedule and, thus, it can make going to the gym every day a challenge. I think that if I had a certain time every single day budgeted for the gym it would be easier to keep it a part of my daily routine. Unfourtunately, the only time I could imagine that to be would be like between 6:30 or 7 and 7:30 or 8 in the morning. I am reluctant to try this since I am not a morning person at all.

Thoughts or opinions? And what is your gym schedule like?

My work schedule changes nearly every week, including shift changes. I'm not a morning person either (I need a nap after the gym, lol). I found what has worked for me is, since I'm off on Sundays, I make it a point to go to the gym at the same time every Sunday, and go on the days I can during the week. Having that little bit of routine helps me stick with it on the days where I'd rather go straight home after work.

I tend to go the same time of day after work. I try to go 6 days a week doing split sets. But sometimes work and life get in the way. Last week I only did 3 days. I go when I can because I dont know when I wont be able to go

I usually swim about 1000m on lunch break... only takes about 20 minutes.
I work at SC, so the pool isn't far. Pack my lunch all the time so it's waiting there for me when I get back.

Most of the time I'm usually at the gym for 8am, including weekends. The exception is when I work mornings, then I go after work at about 1:30pm. For the most part these times are fairly quiet, and I have access to most equipment.

I workout at different times every day...sometimes 2-3 short but high intensity workouts throughout the day.

I am seriously considering trying to go in the morning. I really just yearn for a set schedule so I can make it a definite routine. I guess it's a little of the OCD in me. I don't guess there is a huge problem with going just whenever I can, it just almost makes it a hassle.

I feel so good after my workouts. I wish I could start the day with it, but I get off to a ridiculously slow start in the mornings

I tend to workout on the same days every week, with two rest days somewhere in there.Again, this is usually in the evenings after work.
But if something comes up,then it all changes.A steady routine helps me get out there and do it,but I try to mix it up as well.
