Rugby Lift

    Hey guys I just got my summer training regiment for my collegiate rugby team.

    I've run into two problems:
    1. There were no set and rep amounts
    2. I think its too much based around legs

    So any input on what you think would be good set and rep ratios or supplemental excercise that could increase performance let me know. Any input is greatly appreciated.

    ONE LEG BOX SQUAT
    ONE LEG SQUAT
    DEADLIFT
    ONE ARM PUSH PRESS
    BROAD JUMPS

    We did a lot of stabilizing exercises while working out. It is mainly legs and adding overhead work would be great. Injury prevention!!!
