    His results are incredible, but I could never do it and dont even want to if this is what it takes...

    Meal 1-1 cup egg whites, 1 cup broccoli, 6.5oz grapefruit, 12 almonds
    Meal 2-5oz Tuna, 2 tbsp mayo, 1 cup broccoli, 12 almonds
    Meal 3-2 Scoop Protien Shake
    Meal 4-5 oz chickent, 1 cup broccoli, 12 almonds
    Meal 5-5 oz chickent, 1 cup broccoli, 12 almonds
    Meal 6-5 oz chickent, 1 cup broccoli, 12 almonds


    I dont want to spend my life counting out almondsicon_rolleyes.gif

    Where is the bacon?

    Impressive, i did a similar workout, but it was from scrawny to lean within two years as well. Its all about dedication and discipline with any workout routine, i might have to give this one a try some time this fall. icon_razz.gif

    That sounds extreme. So he ate like a pig most of his childhood, teen life and then switched to that gulag diet. Why not just eat in moderation all your life?
