I hate to insert a commercial into the topics, but this home workout regimen is really awesome. it's balanced, efficient, and intense!! i saw differences after only a week. i'm starting week two and i'm already doing WAY better than last week.

i bought the upgraded package, so i got the 13 dvd's, chin up bar, bands, nutrition guide (which goes WAY WAY beyond the nutrition info other programs offer), and recovery drink in one shipment. it costs like $80 x 3 on your credit card + about $24 for s/h, but you can upgrade to rush delivery for free. it took about a week to get it, and it's freaking awesome if you're already in good shape and need to push past a plateau.

i took my before shots, and i'm looking forward to my 30, 60, and 90 days shots as well. i'll post 'em on here at the end of the program. oh, i don't use it, because i'm already motivated, but you also get access for free to a community that is doing the program with you and can give you help if you need it.

Dancerjack, I've seen the infomercials and they do make a compelling case for the product, but it is an infomercial so I do eye the claims warily.

Please continue to post your progress and critiques about the program. I'm very curious. I'm in pretty good shape I feel, but I have hit a bit of a plateau. I've been using the same exercises for a while now, and I'm never very confident about changing them up. So, looking forward to your progress.

Thinking of buying it. what are the benefits vs. a regular program in the gym?

if you follow the pace of the video you don't waste any time between sets - it keeps the rest periods short, while still including lots of stretching and some water breaks. no distracting convo or whatnot from the other people at the gym - no lines either.

So the whole total cost was about $270.00 bucks?
