Took it first yesterday afternoon, didn't notice much of a difference but it was the first day.
Today took it again and deffinitely feel more energy even slightly jittery but can imagine your body has to get use to it.

I'm guessing the "creatine anhydrous" is a creatine/caffeine bond of some sort? I'm wondering if you could save a lot of $$ separately caffeine, Creatine mono, an amino blend and beta-alanine? It looks like the dose on this is about $2.10 a day?

Keep us posted. I'm curious what kind of results you find.

If want more energy for your workouts, then invest an espresso machine. Drink a double-shot before you go to the gym. icon_biggrin.gif

I like creatine post workout. I do a glass of NO explode pre-workout which is like chugging an expresso. That works for me icon_smile.gif

You want a nice morning workout drink, try this its what my partner and I have been doing the last month and its going great so far!

    2 cups of ice
1 cup of V8 Fruit Juice
1 cup of berries *Your choice, natural sugars, your body will LOVE YOU*
2 scoops of your protein that you use
    1 scoop of 1MR

Blend well, very well about 3 minutes in a blender that does not have a shutdown timer *we bought ours not knowing it had a shutdown auto setting built in...*

Pour out into a Jumbo container with a large straw and sip and enjoy, even at the gym while workout, which I do icon_cool.gif

ok so it's been a few workouts and I've really been able to push myselfe with my reps. 20 pounds or so more to loose before anything is pic worthy but my pecs, shoulders and arms feel like balloons.
    So far liking it.....................icon_biggrin.gif
Generally is Creatine thought to balloon you up or just give you the ability to push further, I've read both.

Truth. My pumps were better after a large black ice coffee in the morning
