Sick day?

Hey guys, so I started the Strength Foundation 12-Week Workout this past Friday, and went straight through until Monday night, when I got sick.

I'd gone out to get a little bit of sushi with some friends for one of their birthdays, and I must have had something that wasn't fully cooked. Needless to say, I was more than a little sick today, so I decided to skip my workout until tomorrow.

Now, having said that, do I need to start over from the beginning, or should I just continue with the next scheduled workout? Does one sick day so early on make a big dent into the start of my workout program?

One sick day won't even be noticeable...non-issue.

As for the sushi, I never eat cooked sushi...always raw. Sounds to me like you got "yesterday's sushi." There's an old saying: "Yesterday's sushi is today's bait."
