So I'm allergic to soy and nuts, and it's frustrating to find that a majority of the powders and bars out there contain either one of the ingredients. Are there any that don't have these ingredients or am I just screwed? =(

Whey protein powder. Expect bad gas though. Why not just eat real food?

Does that include soy Lecithin, or just soy protein? BNRG makes power crunch bars in "vanilla" ingredients: (They've changed the sucrolose to stevia recently)

Proto Whey Protein Blend (Sucralose, Maltodextrin, Proto Whey [Micro peptides from extreme hydrolyzed whey protein [55% di and tri peptides]), Palm Oil, Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Palm Kernel Oil, Dextrose, Nonfat Milk Powder, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Sucralose, Salt, baking soda, Soy Lecithin

They taste pretty good to. I eat them on the go when I run out of Greens+. Only downside is the palm oil (yuck). You could make your own too. There's some decent tutorials on youtube.

    Good luck!
