So i have not always had a round belly but i did gain one lately. I spent all summer trying to loose it, but then when i did loose a lot, its seemed as if it just came back in a matter of a couple of weeks. I do daily runs for an hour and my pace is pretty quick! And this time its bigger and more round and poked out!, My runs have become more hard to complete so now I am walking around with this poked out round belly and I hate it!, do you guys have any tips!

Fat is caused by improper diet and overeating, and mostly improper diet.

A couple months ago someone posted "I dare anyone to try getting fat from overeating on the Paleo diet." Well I tried it, and did nothing but gained muscle mass...no extra fat.

Soo.. that means that you probably can attack this a couple of ways.

Firstly remove as many processed foods as you can from your diet, especially grains wheat, rye, rice etc.

Eat lean meats, get your carbs from vegetables.

Add some squats, lunges and other free-weight exercises to your runs, you'll find the belly disappears and stays off..

That means you can run a double marathon every day; but if you don't eat right, you'll still be round.

Is your stomach storing fat or are your ab muscles relaxing?
How many cans of Coke or Mt Dew do you drink in a day?
Maybe during the summer when you have more free time you're eating more junk food. This is stuff you've heard before but probably need reminding of. If your living situation will allow it, NO more sugar, LOW fat meats, NO processed foods and NO junk foods. To me theres no such thing as a diet. It's all numbers, calories taken in verses calories burnt in a day, After you get things under control you can treat yourself to some fun food. But try to wien yourself off most of them.
I don't think running each day is working for you. A whole body workout is best, Im not saying do body builder routines. Be active. join a sport, join a gym, make it fun. Theres a million views on this...pick a proven one and stick to it for a while and see how it goes. Good Luck
