So i have not always had a round belly but i did gain one lately. I spent all summer trying to loose it, but then when i did loose a lot, its seemed as if it just came back in a matter of a couple of weeks. I do daily runs for an hour and my pace is pretty quick! And this time its bigger and more round and poked out!, My runs have become more hard to complete so now I am walking around with this poked out round belly and I hate it!, do you guys have any tips!
