    superfast absorption times, not to mention it helps everything else absorb faster (when taken in conjunction). because it's so fast and bypasses the intestines, it doesn't cause bloating as malto and dex do. it's an over all higher quality of carbs.

    It's basically sugar....I don't see how it is better...it helps make the supplement companies a lot of money, to be selling sugar as a post-workout thing...lol
