So as a Muslim, this month I observe the Month of Ramadan. So from Dawn to Dusk I abstain from ingesting any foods, supplements or any beverages, during the hours in between.

Another thing is that I can't go to the gym as its closes early.

Basically all I can do is workout at home. Can anyone help me on what routine should I follow to keep my self relatively active?

I have two 20 pound dumbells at home and other than I usually do pushups.

Would appreciate any advice you guys have.

    Cheers!

Pullups, one-leg squats, lunges, planks, crunches, leg lifts, and if you have an exercise ball there's a lot of other stuff you can do.

Get the Perfect Pushup device -- two cylinders that rotate as you do your pushup.

They're inexpensive, are generally available at big box stores, and IMO work much better than regular pushups. I've noticed a difference, particularly in my chest and back, since I started using them (they're also good for shoulders, biceps and triceps).

Also -- a jump rope. Great cardio workout.

I train at home too, around midnight lol.

    Try doing this:

Just use a piece of rope if you don't have a jump rope.

The Kesha video was used by other RJ members to reference "blowing up" in topics that were discussing Islam or Islamic practices. It's trolling.
