Heterosexual Pride Day in São Paulo City approved by council

"São Paulo City council have given the green light to an annual Heterosexual Pride Day". Oh! The oppression. Discuss!

This is not really a Heterosexual Pride march, but a protest against gay rights. As pointed out in the other thread about this, look at this quote from the author of this legislative action:

According to the Carlos Apolinario, the legislation's author, the event has no anti-gay agenda. He has described the day as "a protest against the privileges the gay community enjoys,"

When I go to gay pride, I am not protesting against heterosexual rights, I am only trying to gain the same rights they have.

It's one thing to say, "Wow, these homosexuals have an interesting line of thinking, that orientation shouldn't be taboo or discouraged, but rather embraced as part of each person's unique personality. We should all be proud to be who we are. Let's have a heterosexual pride day, alongside gay pride, and just make it human pride!"

It's another to say, "I'm proud to be straight 'cause it means I'm not gay. I'm tired of gay people thinking they're better than me when clearly I'M the superior race--er, I mean, orientation. Let's have a straight pride day to show those deviants!"

Yeah, all those gay privileges. Which would be what exactly?
