Getting the best body in 2 weeks

    Hi all
    need to get the best from diet/training in only two weeks.
    I am going on holiday and I need to lose some weight without looking "ill".
    Thanks for any advice.

    The best way to have the body you want in 2 weeks is to have started 6 months ago. Sorry, no quick fixes. Unless you opt for something like forced dehydration if you think it's worth it.

    You realize you're only going to be able to lose around 2 lbs of fat? Most of anything else will be water weight.

    "The Fish Diet" -- works like a charm. Eat nothing but fish -- and I mean nothing BUT fish for 2 weeks. Find interesting ways to fix it, and try and eat 5-to-6 small (4-to-6 oz) portions every 3 hours. Drink lots of water

    You'll grow Fins and .. if that doesn't work.. the mercury poisoning will certainly do the trick!

    Started with cereals with milk for breakfast (I cannot do without a sweet and crunchy breakfast!) some chicken for lunch and a protein drink mid afternoon, legumes and tuna at evening. It's a crap life style but it will be only two weeks!

    most cereal's have a ton of sugar in them and that's assuming you only eat the serving noted on the daily value chart. those servings are usually less then what most people eat. you wont lose much, if anything at all, with all that sugar.

    You can actually do a bit in 2 weeks if you work at it (and part of it is just psychological, but that counts quite a bit.) You don't actually seem interested in working hard though. (And no mention of exercise? icon_neutral.gif )

    No exercise for a couple of week unfortunately I have a back problem, almost cured now....
