What is the one thing or activity you do everyday that keeps your spirits high, especially when life gets to suckin?

For me, after a long day filled with nasty clients, I always look forward to a scoop of ice cream while watching Chelsea.

Yeah, I really wish I had a puppy. I will adopt one here in January when I buy my own place. Dogs always seem to make me so happy. I read this some place:

See who is truly mans best friend:
Lock your wife and a dog in your cars trunk. Come back an hour later to let them out and see who is happy to see you!

I very rarely have bad days and nothing/no one hardly ever gets me down. I do run so it could contribute to my happiness.

There's a song by my #1 favorite DJ that I listen to, probably about 10 times a day. "Give It Time (Joe Gauthreaux Gospel Dub)" by Joe Gauthreaux is just a phenomenal song. (My son hates the song because I listen to it so much).

There's a message in the lyrics that serve as a reminder of what I need to be patient.
