Decent jeans for tall guys

I have no fashion sense whatsoever, but trying to change that.

I would like to buy some decent jeans, but I seem to have trouble finding anyone who sells them for guys who are tall.

    I need a 36 inch inseam.

Anybody know where I can buy decent looking jeans in my size?

Big and Tall stores tend to be for guys who are both Big (40+ waist) and tall and I'm about 33inch waist.

Guess has always done well for me. I also have an ass so there is plenty of space.

My actual measurements are 32w35i...buying jeans is very frustrating.

I hate walking into stores only to be told they have nothing in my size. Online, most places that sell jeans, don't list anything in a 36 inch inseam. Grrr....

Have you attempted to buy online? Pants/jeans, like my size 13/14 feet, requiring trying it on before I buy. I don't want to have to deal w/ all the back and forth shipping issues either.

I've never tried Guess, as JP85257 suggests. I like my jeans tight and simple. What I've seen of Guess adverts don't suggest that.

I tried the guess canada website and all the jeans are 30, 32 or 34 inch inseams.

The only place that I found that sells jeans in my size online is LLBEAN, which are sturdy but not very sexy.

Plus I would like to try them on first.

Levi's sells longer sizes in select stores. I often wait and buy jeans at the Levi's stores in Chicago and or NYC, because I can get a 32/36, wash and dry them and they have the PERFECT waist and length fit.

I would LOVE to go shopping chicago or NYC.

I live in a kinda small town in western canada where the average age is 65 and the old guys like to shop at sears and hitch their pants up to their ribcage.

Really? Which fit? I see them often at Nordstrom Rack on major clearance discount (as in as cheap as Old Navy jeans) and the couple of pairs I tried on were a bad bad fit.

Looks like there is a Mavi canada online store. What kind of jeans do you tend to buy? They definitely have my size too, cool!

Hey, I have a pair of Mavi jeans and they fit me like a glove so I would definitely recommend them. Also, check out winners, they often have Diesel jeans and they tend to wear long (so a 34 inseem would work with you).

I've had some luck (some good some not so good!) buying Lucky jeans at the Lucky Brand website. They have 36" inseam available in some of the styles/washes.

Bro- at 6'7", 36 inseam, I'm in the same boat as you.

I get my jeans from American Eagle- decently priced and I like the style. Plus I believe they ship to Canada.

Just a heads up though- they WILL NOT carry your inseam in stores. You have to order yourself a pair online.

It says on their site that they do, so I don't see why not.

Hey-- my ex BF had to deal with this all the time. He was tall and had a similar inseam. Can I suggest something? We always had luck in NYC going to "discount" places like Daffy's-- they stock your normal high end labels, BUT they also stocked a large array of clothing that was worn by models for fashion shows. So, in other words, they were designer labels, often much nicer than what you can get in normal places. And they were made for tall people-- because they were made for models. We often found Diesel jeans, for instance, for $30 or less-- because they were worn once in a show. I'm not sure if you have a way of finding stores like that where you are, but hey-- worth a try, right? Maybe just a little internet research...

Question- aren't they also skinny? I'm not exactly the skinniest guy on this forum, truth be told. I wear 36 in the waist as well, and that's midwestern size. icon_eek.gif

    1. You might not be skinny, but you're hot.
    2. This dude (OP) claims a 33" inch waist... so sounds pretty decent.
    3. Did I mention you're hot?
