For me one of the biggest accomplishments would be graduating high school and winning Most Improved Musician for Choir and also an award for acting in Theater Arts. But definitely high school is a + for me because it was tough but thankfully i made it through. What about you fellas what have you accomplished and felt good about so far?

Which decade are you referring to? We could start the decades at age 10, but actually by that time I was not exactly unaccomplished either. icon_rolleyes.gif

i'm sorry if this is pretentious, but these are the things to date that i'm most proud of (these are all basically academic, so let me be a geek!)

-I was salutatorian (#2 class rank) of my high school class. I was also voted most likely to succeed by my peers, which was an amazing feeling because for many reasons, I didn't grow up with the highest self-esteem. Quotes from my speech were also featured in the local newspaper and my friend's parents still talk about how amazing of a job I did. Consequently, I am NOT afraid of public speaking. icon_biggrin.gif

-Graduated with double majors in finance and psychology (with honors)

-For the firm I joined after college, we join in "classes" - they promote 3-5 of any incoming class early because they've done an amazing job. For my class, I was one of those 5 early promotes...and I'm competing with the very best of the best.

future accomplishments include (but are not limited to):
-getting into a top 3 (hopefully stanford) business school within the next couple of years
-making strides in the education field (not sure how yet)
-finding the person i'm going to marry and um...marrying them. lol.

    Accomplished

My biggest academic/career goal was to earn my PhD and be a college professor. Check.

    Be published. Check (research).

Pay off all credit card debit. Check. (But I still have student loans. Blah.)

Travel. Check. (Alaska, Denmark, Puerto Rico, Saudi Arabia, LA, San Francisco, Toronto, The Netherlands, Prague...)

Stay true to myself and my values and remain an authentic person. Check.

Take care of my physical and mental wellness. Check.

    Future Goals:

    Own a house.

Create an inspiring garden and maintain it in a zen-like way. Invite friends and family over to enjoy.

    Get a dog.

Pay off student loans and be totally 100% debt free, or at least have "smart debt" only.

    Win a teaching award.

Be the most amazing partner the world has even seen.

Greatest accomplishment would have to be graduating from dental school. Difficult to impossible most of the time, and a combination of bad luck plus difficulty with certain aspects made it a very rocky road.

Next greatest accomplishment will be to pay all that student loan debt off icon_smile.gif

    Accomplished:

    Graduated high school (thank god)
Got a lead bit in the school play
Gained a sense of self while in college
Traveled the world (as Mark Twain said- it's fatal to prejudice and bigotry)
