    in the morning i have abs, by bedtime their gone, i'm trying to build muscle, but the scale refuses to move, i have only healthy food in the house, no cookies etc, but all i ever seem to do is pack on fat, and i am eating healthy havent touched a slice of opizza in months, how the hell am i getting fat on oatmeal veggies and tuna!!! and it's not like i'm getting fat, but i am seeing an increase in body fat, like my abs are now less visible, but the scale stays in exactly the same spot am startin to get really frustrated bout this oh ya, and i train hard : /

    Maybe the 'repeat' is the problem. You should be doing a lot more than that to keep things new and your body changing.

    have you had any stress lately. Studies have found that stress and fat are related to one another, so use stress relievers if much. drinking only water helps lose the weight as well as not going to any fast foods.

    It could just be that you're waking up dehydrated making it easier to see your abs then.
