Work out supplements... What is the best?

    Just wanted to ask, in your opinion. What is your favorite and most effective supplement that has helped you get more lean muscle mass or help burn fat?

    I don't wanna get bigger, I already have a good amount of muscle, just wanna be more defined. I already lost about 15 lbs through diet and running. I feel like the last 5-8 lbs is a bitch to loose.

    I use creatine and glucamine and sometimes whey protein shakes

    Other than multivitamin, fish oil, vitamin D, supplements are waste of money IMO. Go diet.

    Whey protein is good, but if you plan to use it every day consider casein protein shakes instead, since it is lower in cholesterol.

    I haven't seen anyone mention N.O. products. Am I alone in this?

    I have enjoyed Creatine post work out, Protein shake 1x or 2x a day.
    Look into a good multi-vitamin that you will take everyday. Many of the sports specific ones will have cutting additives
