Need to rework shoulder routine

    I got a strange compliment last night from an Australian. He asked me where I worked out/did I a lot because my physique was "unatural"! He really was, and continued to be, complimentary, but he reinforced something I already knew - I have really narrow shoulders and it's hard to get prominent delts.

    I have a dedicated shoulder day which is usually Smith military press, db shoulder flyes, cable flyes, and shrugs. Lifting about as much as I bench on the military press. Any suggestions on new exercises that can help me look "wider"?

    Had kind of a funny/akward introduction. We were introduced at a German beer fest and he kept asking me where I was from. Told him several different ways in German to many funny looks before he finally said "I'm Australien." We got along much better in English.

    keep working the barbell overhead...push presses..military etc.. and put your head through the hole...

    i had the same problem as you. but i'm not nearly as tall, which try handstands against the wall and handstand pushups. matt furey has a program that is amazing and popped my shoulders right out and gave me some incredible strength. Viel Gl├╝ck!!
