    It says GAZING:

Staring at other members while they work out is considered rude and distracting.

Usually it's a promotion for personal training, or a reminder to drink plenty of water.
I did a double take when I saw this one for the first time.

Tell that bullitan board the reason I signed up for the gym was to look at other members.

Seriously, its the public. Do people expect to walk around wearing blinders?

I thought there's a difference between gazing, which is more casual and matter-off fact, and outright staring intently. I do something gaze, to see how a guy's using the equipment, maybe get some pointers for myself.

But fine, next time the free weights fall on a guy and pin him, or he gets hurt by the equipment, I'll politely ignore him lying there. Would hate to be thought rude.

Some arrogant homophobe probably thought somebody was lusting after him when they were merely admiring how far he'd gotten physically.

    What about Grazing?

i.e. going around the gym nibbling at members?

Or maybe at how out-of-shape he was?

I should forward one of our epic "gym etiquette / pet peeves" threads to them, now that the bulletins are used for something other than spam.

And the really odd part of this is that every LA location I've visited, either in Seattle or Chicago area, is the antithesis of cruisy. This was a message in search of a non existent issue.

Suspect the complaint would have been made by a bird with big tits.

But no doubt they think it's okay if a woman does it....they can't appreciate male attention

I'm 1000% gay but even I would like it if women liked me. Why can't the straight men be comfortable with that the same way we gays are with women.

you don't ever see a gay guy whining about how uncomfortable a woman makes him feel.

Utterly and completely ridiculous!! You know damn well that most guys get off on the attention...even if they "pretend" to be bothered by it.
Shit...if they don't want to be "gazed" at..they can buy their own fucking equipment and work out in their garage!!!

So, I'm not allowed to look up the legs of a guy's shorts when he walks right by my head while I'm doing decline bench?

Is that the electronic bulletin ad with the Asian woman? Because Asian women are the biggest offenders?
