What about "Athletic"?

Okay. So there are some men on this site who really don't fit any of the Build options. They aren't quite "defined", but they play sports, perhaps work out regularly, and obviously make general fitness a priority. So they choose the "average" status, but it really doesn't fit either.

What do you say we have a little hounding session w/ the admins about an "athletic" designation?

Agreed... esp as it´s meant to be a jock site, not a body builder or model site

Athletic can be added to any of the current body type descriptors.

One could be slim and athletic (e.g. runners) and one could be beefy and athletic (competitive weight builders). One could even be athletic and overweight (sumo wrestlers). icon_twisted.gif

seems too broad. almost everyone is athletic. i took it as a question of height versus weight to describe body type. have to admit i would have preferred "thick" to "stocky" which reminds me too much of polite word for fat.

Exactly. Btw, how is it that bodybuilding's considered a sport here but gymnastics has to be a fill-in-the-blanks option? Gymnasts are huge jocks. Never understood that icon_neutral.gif

Good point about gymnasts. I agree. Btw...I'm one of those guys without the right classification. I like to think I'm something above average, but know I'm not defined. Athletic works for me, but I appreciate the point being made that "athletic" is a broad determination. So what's the classification for us inbetweener guys?

I'm just thankful this site doesn't ask for "role" and cock size. Everything else I can deal with

It would be a build status in between average and defined. Want a real-world example? Visit the profile of Studinprogress.

*UPDATE* Ask and ye shall receive. The "Athletic" build status and "Gymnastics" primary sport choice have been added. Thanx, Chris!

Problem is, what is "athletic"? It's about the most subjective description I can imagine.

    Athletic doesn't necessarily mean this:

    Athletic can mean this:

    or this:

mayBbignow2 saidIs average a bad thing? Obviously everyone here is athletic....

Okay, first, I don't remember even implying "average" was a bad thing so I'm confused on that point...especially since I'm still listed as "average" myself. Second, not everyone on this site is obviously athletic the way you mean it. (Some are here because they either wanna be and are looking for inspiration, or they just like to chase more sports-inclined men because they find that attractive.) And third, the 534 people who've chosen this designation over all the others since it went live 2 weeks ago obviously care. So...icon_razz.gif
