    Hey guys,
I have been working out so long that I don't really keep a log or write down my routines. One thing I do use is the app Four Squared. It just keeps track of how many times I have been to the gym.
If you don't think you are going enough, get Four Squared and see if you can oust the Governor. I got ours out for like 8 hours, but then was trumped by someone else. It will also post and your friends will see you have gone.
    Work hard!
    J

I wondered what the purpose of that app was...thought it was another one of those "I'm so needy, I want everyone to know where I've been and what I do" apps.

i think it's a cool app. you don't have to tell your friends every time you check in. you can find info out about a place too.

ha! that's really funny cuz recently i stole the "mayor" title at my gym... and a couple times since then, i've been like, eh, i don't feel like going to the gym, and then i think, but if i don't go i'll lose the "mayor"ship... so it's extra motivation to go.

But I still always log what exercises I'm doing, and how much weight (independent of foursquare). It doesn't matter how long you've been going, your weight should be going up, right?

Yes your weight should be going up and mine does. I don't have to keep it all down on paper anymore.

I thought it was cool that Nike+, the running transponder linked to my iPhone could post my runs on my facebook page...until my friends blocked me from all the "crap."

I'm down to two FB friends sending me game request crap.

    Life is good.
