Also, if you are taking any medications, some will interfere with an erection. Especially if any are anti-depressants, which are fairly common among gay men in the US, I don't know about Singapore. If so, you can discuss with your doctor the option of switching to other meds that may have fewer side-effects.
I was on anti-depressants for a time, as a routine part of treating my epilepsy, since depression is estimated to be 60% for this group. But it ruined my sex life, and I stopped them. As I said to my doctor, I couldn't think of a better way to MAKE a man depressed than to make him impotent. LOL! He didn't argue with me, and my impotence disappeared.
