I've been traveling a lot this year making me getting back into my old Marine shape hard, since I'm rarely near a gym. I bought a set of bands (5, 10, & 15 lbs) to be able to work out on the road. The set includes handles, ankle straps, door mount, and the ability to use any combination of bands to increase resistance. I, need help with making a routine. Help!!
